We are an artisan producer of charcuterie, smoked and cured meat and fish including dry cured salamis and hams like Coppa, Lomo, pancetta and our own 'Parma' style Kent ham. 

We offer quality, locally sourced seasonal game and make our own unique game burgers plus a variety of  Wild Boar and Venison sausages.
